Processing time

For Guaranteed Shipping Options, orders must be received before 2pm. If received after 2 pm they will ship the next business day.

For Non Guaranteed Shipping Options, orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Please Note: Delivery times are not guaranteed (unless otherwise specified) and are subject to several other factors including SALES, National holidays, carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, product availability and credit card authorisation.

 

Rush order

If you have a rush order and would like immediate despatch, please get in touch, we're more than happy to help with you. 

We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order.

 

Tracking my order

We dispatch all parcels using Royal Mail/Herms/DHL or an alternative courier depending on the size of your parcel. All UK orders are sent via Royal mail/Hermes recorded delivery or an alternative courier, requiring a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel otherwise you will be left a calling card.

 

International orders

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders are shipped DHL/TNT delivery and takes up to 3-5 working days or more to receive. If you would like anything shipped faster please contact us before placing the order. The best way to calculate international postage is by weight. This website has a funky widget built into calculate the postage based on your purchases.

Please note that any Customs charges/taxes that require payment in your country are your responsibility. Aggcrafts London cannot be held accountable for delays due to Customs clearance in your country.
